Specialized HVAC Services

Specialized services comprehensive air and water balancing, commissioning services, consulting, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) system analysis as well as, setup and repair of highly specialized laboratory Safety Equipment (i.e., Fume Hoods, Bio-Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Benches, Powder Weigh Stations, and much more).  These services extend equipment life and conserve energy without sacrificing occupancy comfort, room cleanliness, and process function. This is especially important in the medical, research, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries where controlled environments in hospitals, clean rooms, and laboratories have critical air balance specifications mandated by regulatory bodies (HCAI (formerly OSHPD), AALAC, FDA, KEMA, ISO, and OSHA) to meet stringent safety and room classification guidelines.

Our technicians are thoroughly trained in accordance with the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) while concurrently holding Testing Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB) certification and multiple certificates thru National Comfort Institute (NCI) including Commercial Air Balancer, Medium-Duty Hydronic Balancer, Refrigerant-Side Performance Technician, and Resident Air Balancer. Also, under previous employment, multiple technicians obtained AABC technician certification.
